Jeffrey and Joanne Fisher, formerly of National Harbor and now living near Tampa Bay and long time Old Town Crier readers, send greetings from Tangier, Morocco. They were in the middle of an almost 4-week trip through Europe, highlighted by the community band in which Jeffrey plays in Florida having the opportunity to play for D-Day in Normandy.

Pictured here is the ever-adventurous Jeffrey atop his new camel BFF, Larry, whom he named after the infamous dromedary featured in the Geico “Hump Day” ads. That Jeffrey is a clever guy.
