Remember that the Beach Boys hit single “Kokomo”? I am betting this 1988 hit prompted more than one fan to search for an island by the same name to no avail – it doesn’t exist. It appears that kokomo is more of a state of mind (and a town in Indiana). Fortunately for all of us fans out here, this resort by this famous moniker is located in the Turks and Caicos.
